Technical Information DICONAL® - Elevation AS-1100
① P11 elevation profile with AS-1000 clamp and KV-40
Material profile and clamp: Aluminium / ENAW 6063
Material screw: V2A
Tightening torque: min. 10Nm
② P-30, P40, P80 or P120 ground profile
③ P40 or P80 supporting profile
Mounting tools
15mm wrench / Hexagon allan-key 6mm
Mounting
- Roof layout according to technical design.
- Select roof fastening suitable for the roof covering. GH, P-30, or hanger bolts.
- Install the ② P-30, P40, P80, or P120 base profile.
- Insert the AS-1100 clamps with P11 and angle ① into the front and rear of the base profile and align them.
- Tighten with an Allen key.
- Place the P40 or P80 support profiles ③ on the P11 elevation profile, align them, and
- secure them with KV-40.
- The modules are attached using MMK and MEK module clamps.
DICONAL® AS-1100
Roof fastening
DICONAL® - the AS-1100 elevation is 100% system compatible and can be fixed to the roof substructure using all roof fastenings.
Flat roof / pitched roof
DICONAL® flat roof- elevation AS-1100 can also be used on light pitched roofs.
Hanger bolts
The elevation can be anchored to the substructure with hanger bolts. AS-1100 is compatible with all mounting profiles of the DICONAL® PV-mounting system.
Assembly
The DICONAL® AS-1100 elevation can be customized and delivered in the desired shape.
